If the dress shoe hurts when you try it on, it’s not the best for a special occasion. You want to feel comfortable and confident so that you can walk confidently and exude style.

Color matching is not necessary. Remember – you don’t have to match your size 11 dress shoes to your dress. They need to “go” but not necessarily to match. You can pair neutral metallics with many colors, black obviously works well with many colors, jewel tones can be paired with print dresses, with black or with other colors that are complemented by them. Try purple pumps with a red dress or turquoise peep toe heels with a purple or black dress. Uber stylist Rachel Zoe picks all of her favorite Piperlime goods -- beautiful bags, on trend shoes, sweaters, jackets, jeans -- everything you must have for the season. The site is pretty, has good photos of the shoes, boots and other goods and it is easy to find what you want by trend or look. A favorite was the gorgeous Mia Limited Edition Tallulah Boots.  However, we have to dock them because they don't come in Size 11. Good news though - we did find a boot that is very similar both in style and heel height. You can get size 11 Enzo Angliolini Boots in grey that look very similar to the Mia Tallulah Boots at Piperlime.

Piperlime is more limited in their selection of size 11 boots than the other sites we have listed here but we had to note them as they do have a great site with some cool brands like Elizabeth and James shoes Size 11. Another flaw with this site is the search by size feature is not easy like some of the other picks. When you wear size 11, you want the site to be really easy to narrow down the sizes so you are only looking at boots that will fit your feet. No need to waste time on beautiful size 8, 9 and 10s, right? So you see the Enzo Nate Boot size 11 on top and underneath it the Mia Limited Edition Tallulah. Do you like the Enzo Angliolini boot as well as the Mia Tallulah Boot?

Another hot shoe that IS available in Size 11 is the Calvin Klein Sallie shoe. The Sallie is a black buckle suede bootie in the Calvin Klein ads for fall. They are black suede. a cross between a maryjane, a peep toe, and a bootie. The Calvin Klein Sallie booties are platform (3/4") on a stiletto heel (4 1/4") with a tough but sleek silver double buckle clasp. Really hot and available in womens 11 on Piperlime.

Endless is a fairly new website from Amazon that offers and easy to search site with many beautiful shoe and boot options. Endless allows you to sort by size, color, shape, heel height and more so finding the perfect pair of boots that you have in mind is easy. Amazon has been reliable in shipping quickly and having things in stock so you can get them when you need them and Endless offers free shipping on new styles as well as price matching. From cool tough girl styles like boots from Frye to chic Pour La Victoire or stunning Stuart Weitzman classic over the knee boots – Endless has you covered. Cowboy boots, hiking boots and other on-trend boots are all well represented in the boots section.

One brand that surprised this season with some stylish boots was Timberland. Have you seen the Timberland Earthkeepers Cabot Boots? They are beautiful classic knee-high boots made for comfort as Timberland is known for. The Cabot Boots are made of full-grain leather and also of 42% green rubber recycled outsoles which I guess is how they get the earthkeeper name. The Timberland Cabot Boots size 11 are available in burgandy and a rich brown color and can be found at Endless. Another equally beautiful pair of boots that would make the perfect brown equestrian boots for the season are the Timberland Earthkeepers Bethel Boots. The Bethel boots come in various color combos and are really cool. They look timeless, comfortable, well-made, original and are lovely. The price is very reasonable for both the Cabot Boots and the Bethel Boots. Kind of makes me want to go out to the country.

This beloved shoe mega-site is a go-to resource for those looking for shoes and boots. The customer service is fantastic – they want you to be happy with your purchase.
